Overall Satisfaction with Cisco Meeting Server
We need tool to easily connect within our small organization and with external clients whom we are training and consulting in the field of digital marketing and transformation. Cisco's web-based solution makes it really easy for us to connect from different devices with various clients as it works with third-party devices. The tool was easy to implement and accepted by the team. UX is super intuitive. The license has a good price compared to competitors.

- Zoom and GoTo Meeting
Very similar tools and they all offer similar video/ conferencing experiences. Now Zoom has more applications connected, but I still feel Cisco is more stable when it comes to image quality with poor internet quality. GoTo Meeting has a bit better design, in my opinion, but we had some issues adding participants to the meeting in the past.
