Overall Satisfaction with Cisco Meraki MG

We utilize it as some failover for client sites. This had saved us when there was a full fiber cut at one client site.
  • Cellular reception
  • Wireless WAN
  • Failover
  • Monitoring integrations
  • Retuning the [Cisco] Meraki [MG] UI

Yes

Did implementation of Cisco Meraki MG go as expected?

Yes

Would you buy Cisco Meraki MG again?

Yes

  • Site continuity during an outage
  • Easy integration into existing infrastructure
  • [Cisco] Meraki [MG] UI monitoring
We were able to deploy this very easily, and it integrated into the organization's [Cisco] Meraki [MG] tenant easily.
Security gateways, routers, switches, firewalls, APs
I believe this is very scalable with the entirety of the [Cisco] Meraki [MG] architecture. Obviously, you just need to know the proper placement and expected traffic to justify the spending
This is very well suited for internet CRITICAL applications like Fintech or any form of public services. I do think that these units can be a bit pricy for what they do, but it is worth it 100% when it saves you from a major outage.

Cisco Hybrid Work

  • Working from anywhere (e.g., coffee shop, airport)
  • Working from an office or other company space
  • Working from home
We have been able to leverage Cisco's networking to ensure our client sites are still connected from anywhere.
We have been able to get more freedom in getting the work done, as long as it eventually gets completed. Additionally we have the flexibility of working from anywhere.
We used the Meraki features to be able to remotely troubleshoot sites, as opposed to having techs on site, which allows us to be able to work with multiple clients in the same day. Additionally, we have been able to leverage SD-WAN for critical sites.
