Overall Satisfaction with Cisco Meraki MS
Due to reliability, support, and ease of use, we migrated from a Ubiquiti stack to Cisco Meraki MS. We have a small infrastructure team that doesn't have deep networking experience. The single pane of glass dashboard and intuitive structure made supporting the network a breeze. In addition to daily support, firmware, and configuration updates are simple to push out individually or en masse.

I was the only individual on our infrastructure team with networking experience, and we could deploy Cisco Meraki MS and quickly get the other team members acquainted to reliably maintain the stack. This has led to improved uptime and increased HQ satisfaction. Because of this, we have now cut over 4 of our corporate locations to Cisco Meraki MS.
