Overall Satisfaction with Cisco Meraki MS
We use Cisco Meraki MS products in our organization because it is an easy to use network solution for our organization. The Meraki Dashboard gives us a single pane of glass for all our Meraki products such as our switches, AP, and security cameras.
Pros
- Single Pane Dashboard to manage all Meraki products
- Easy to use and to config the switches
- Excellent technical support
Cons
- Configuring routing have too many clicks
- Does not have a way to check the strength of fiber connection
- The ability to troubleshoot or config our organization network w/o connecting the switches directly
- Technician do need to know Cisco command lines to config the switches
We were able to upgrade our organization switching infrastructure just by replacing the old switch with a MS product. Contractor did not need to config the switch on site as the switch downloaded and configured itself as soon it connected to the network and to the internet. Management was made easy. The Dashboard gave a overall view of the entire network and we are able to pinpoint issue right away.
All of these product integrate to the Cisco Meraki Dashboard giving our Organization a entire overview of all the product.
