Overall Satisfaction with Cisco Meraki MV

Currently, everyone is remote, so using this to monitor the front desk only with access remotely. We can capture any motion and respond accordingly to any activities on our storefront. This helps keep physical presence not crucial but available when really needed. The camera is very nimble and quite easy to move about to meet our needs.

It was a breeze to install, with the dashboard being user-friendly. I would say overall; it was 6-7 minutes to set up. I was able to upload a floorplan with a field of view which again makes tracking much easier to manage. The vision portal is also a great tool for our use cases.
There haven't been any issues since installation, and day-to-day operations have been without complications.
I am unfamiliar with other products.
The Cisco Meraki MV2 camera is well suited, in our experience, for our front desk operations. Again, with light traffic, it can act as a stand-in for a person - this saves greatly on cost and allows people's resources to be better utilized. Our focus is on the dashboard, which provides all additional information as needed.
