Overall Satisfaction with Cisco Room Series
Cisco Room Series is an extension of Webex Meetings that enhance the meeting capabilities. We use this for collaboration and software meetings within our or with different teams. We often have interaction with teams that are geographically spread-out. Hence it becomes difficult to collaborate at times. This is when the Cisco Room Series comes into play. Also when we have conferences, this comes really handy. Whether it is a small meeting or a larger group of people, the Cisco Room Series, provides a great video experience. It has great features like counting the number of audience or the number of people participating in a meeting and focus the cameras on the one who is speaking. It has a 120 degrees wide angle camera, so capturing people on the screen is done quite accurately.
Pros
- Captures everyone in the room with its wide angle camera automatically.
- Counts the number of people in the video meeting.
- Puts the camera focus on the person who is speaking.
- Enhances the live meeting video experience with its AI features.
- Removes the overheads of manually setting up cameras and adjusting them.
Cons
- AI features are currently very limited. As we all work in our organization, it is like an internal cloud. Cisco already has the database of all of its employees and hierarchy. AI features for facial recognition could be introduced.
- Costing could be improved.
- Support can be improved.
- Creates a better workplace/environment and collaboration.
- Makes people connect better with a lesser effort.
- ROI improves as resources feel "At Work" no matter where they are.
- Keeps track of number of attendees and provides focus on the right audience. With enhanced AI features, it may also have analytics.
