In our organization, We are using Cisco Room Series a lot and our case is automation services, like controls, TV.

Pros

  • Integration with Microsoft Teams
  • Concierge Services
  • Automation with video company cast

Cons

  • Full integration with Zoom, Webex and Teams ate the same experience
  • Improve the visibility on device
  • Improve the mic table for lot people
  • Equipment has a fair price
  • Support for room pro is expensive

The equipment is so robust and we do not find any hardware problem. Not recommended for open space with a lot noise.
