the cybersecurity must enter in the part of every project, in personal or professional life to protect personal activity/data or professional activity. The cybersecurity doesn't have to be a concept but a reality for everybody.
The leaders must already know what is cyber security and must invest on it. Regularly, the leaders avoid to add in their consideration in their project and it appears only when it's too late. It's a total paradigm the leaders must include in their projects.
