Overall Satisfaction with Cisco Secure Endpoint

Cisco Secure Endpoint is our first line of defense for our biggest security risk, end users.

Pros

  • Endpoint protection
  • Endpoint monitoring
  • Endpoint isolation

Cons

  • Better availability for product whitelist for firewall and DNS
  • Stop isolation logs for troubleshooting
  • Stop isolation issues has caused problems in releasing a device from a false positive.
  • Deployment and upgrade from console is a plus.
We find it very user friendly and easy to configure and deploy. It does require continuous monitoring and updating for applications we utilize but we expect that type of effort to be needed.
Overall Cisco Secure Endpoint has aided in mitigating risks and enhanced our overall security posture.
