Overall Satisfaction with Cisco Secure Equipment Access

In our organization, I use Cisco Secure Equipment Access for Access production environments from internal and external user accounts worldwide

  • Usability

Cons

  • SSO
  • Group agents to load balance
  • Session collaboration
  • Plan to replace classic jump hosts
I gave Cisco Secure Equipment Access this usability rating because, in my experience, API (application programming interface) documentation is not explained well.
"Normal" usage is a nice experience.
No IoT (internet of things) center in APAC (Asia Pacific) so latency is high.
