In our organization, we use Cisco Secure Firewall because We have a large number of firewall systems that need to be centrally managed.

I gave Cisco Secure Firewall support this rating because, in my experience, the Cisco Secure Firewall TAC (Technical Assistance Center) is very knowlagable
We have problems indexing logs from FTDs (firepower threat defense)
