Overall Satisfaction with Cisco Webex Board Series

Cisco Webex Board features a whiteboard, presentation screen, and video calling. It was created to be a physical extension to the Cisco Webex Teams Application running on the Cisco Webex service. We use a Webex board for screen mirroring in meetings. From time to time, we write our notes on the board to the time they get uploaded, is it very quick and collaborative

  • Good video quality based on connection
  • Drawing is another amazing experience
  • The whiteboard feature is great, and being able to save and go back is a great feature
  • Better wireless connectivity
  • Price point is very high
  • No option for Blackboard integration
  • Collaboration helps us solve problems faster to better support our customers
  • Visual learners are able to provide more ideas when using Whiteboard
  • Productivity has increased because of the cross team training and collaboration
Google Jamboard is similar to Cisco Webex but it is a lot cheaper. They do exactly the same thing, but Cisco was well established with their products and they have a better footprint in the digital space so we decided to pay a little more and go with Webex board. Also, most of our customers are familiar with Webex so it's easier to translated and use.
  • Proximity connection is great, anyone can share to the board easily.
  • The whiteboard feature is great, and being able to save and go back is a great feature.
  • Dialing into meetings with face-to-face contact brings the participants together.

  • Digital whiteboard is a leader in this space.
  • The telephone features of the board work great!
  • Wireless screen sharing is also a heavily used feature.

It is a collaboration tool that allows teams to hold meetings, voice and video calls. It allows us to create ideas, design them on the whiteboard and share the ideas that have been designed. Thanks to its handy interface, it sends what is written during the meeting via e-mail or to mobile phones quickly. A secure connection is provided with the Cisco Webex application. Cisco has gathered everything that should be in the meeting room with this product in a single device.
