Overall Satisfaction with Cisco Webex Board Series

Cisco Webex Board Series is being used in our whole organization. It is a collaborative platform that provides services like video/audio and screen sharing services. It has a user friendly interface that provides user a privilege to have emoticons, on-screen sharing. It provides real time screen sharing, language translations, changes from audio to video and vice versa.

Pros

  • Suitable for all type of business whether small or large.
  • Enable employees to collaborate with one another via audio/video services.
  • Best feature is the screen sharing feature.

Cons

  • Slightly high prices except for free individual starter packages.
  • Primary downloads required administrative access.
  • Integrations need to be separately downloaded.
  • Compatibility with multiple operating systems.
  • Excellent GUI and interfaces for mobile based devices.
  • Free entry level starter pack.
Other Similar products utilized but, its a great alternative.
In reality, I have an amazing experience using audio and video services of Cisco Webex Board with a few expectations. Even though I am connected with Wi-Fi using Cisco Webex Board and if the connection breaks than this problem is not at Cisco Webex Board end but at my end because of my internet connection problem.
Overall usage is amazing and I haven't faced any serious issues. It's a great alternative indeed.

Well suited for online audio/video meetings and for screen sharing to collaborate with in or out of the departments. Needs improvement in certain areas like integration, downloads, media, price. These sections need serious considerations. Rest it is a great platform and can be effectively utilized in small, medium or large scale businesses.
