We have recently rolled out a large number of Webex Boards across our business in places such as meeting rooms and open collaboration spaces. We register them to the Webex cloud and the deployment could not have been any easier, We had them up and running within minutes. The Webex Boards that were deployed into the open collaboration space are used many times a day for quick virtual stand-up meetings across the country with the digital whiteboard playing a major role in these meetings. The Webex Boards' simple yet effective user interface means users using the full potential of the board within seconds of their first touch.
- Simple yet effective user interface.
- The virtual whiteboard is great.
- no need to worry about leaving sensitive information on the board as it cleans the board after each meeting.
- Wireless screen sharing.
- Sending the whiteboard to email or Webex Space for later use is great.
- Companion mode could be a it better with the ability to share in the same room.
- It makes a boring meeting fun and interactive, you get more out of the meeting than you did before.
The quality of the touch screen is just on another level with 10 input points at once and the glass screen is a cut above the rest.
