Overall Satisfaction with Cisco Webex Room Series

It is used by the whole organization to solve needs related to hybrid/distance learning for our ICT course pathways. With our Room Kit teachers and educators can reach in person and remote students the same way without losing their teaching strategies and methodologies. We were also able to integrate these new tools and features into our existing LMS.
  • Cloud managebility
  • Superior design
  • Support
  • Difficult integrations
  • Sharing and seeing people at the same time
  • Confusing licencing
  • ROI
  • Effectiveness in executive meetings
  • More collaboration
Support is not always easy to receive. Many times you need to struggle to get in touch with the right department or help desk representative. Sometimes responses are not as fast as needed and desired. Frequently many email exchanges are needed before catching and solving the problem. Documentation is not always coherent.
Some features are straightforward to implement, configure, use. Other features request a high level of integration and IT expertise. Many and frequent changes in the UI are not easy to track and explain. New features need to be explained in more clear words and use cases with project example should be provided.

  • Well suited: premium class spaces with hybrid learning scenarios; conference rooms; executive spaces; co-creation and collaboration.
  • Less appropriate: low budget scenarios with many in person students and few remote learners; low internet bandwidth connection; simpler situations where premium features are not required nor desired or when other broader solutions are already in place
