Overall Satisfaction with Cisco Webex Room Series

We use this product for day/day communication for coworkers and customers. Regarding the pandemic, the conferencing solution was necessary for us and the partners/customers as well, but, we as an IT integrator company, used Cisco solutions ago. I am a CCIE collaborator and have been working with this technology for more than 10 years. We deliver Webex Room Series and collaboration solutions to the customers and educate them because the biggest problem that I see with customers is "how can I instruct and help coworkers after implementation."

  • Every Room Series cameras, mics, and sounds can be used for other (MS, Zoom) meetings via USB + HDMI.
  • The only positive was that we easily implemented it and uses it for daily communication with coworkers and customers.
Actually, we have other room systems and desk products as well. Deskpro, dx80, Room Kit Mini, and room USB. We, as an IT integrator, installed almost every type of Cisco collaboration device. I think the Webex Room Series portfolio is absolutely good for any kind of conference room or meeting room. Room Kit Mini, plus or pro are easily combined with screens, and this is very important for customers.
I working with Cisco collaboration for more than 10 years so the support for these devices is good. If you buy any kind of product, get the support for at least 1 year. After 1 year, you can buy support, which is necessary I think because if you have a hardware problem the Cisco changes the faulty part within the next business day.
It's very useful but it depends on the company structure and communication. People who are in the home office and who are in the office. The room series integration feature is also good. Calendar integration, sensors information, and the device is able to control the displays via HDMI so it is not necessary to separately control the screens.

Well suited: We use cloud registered solution. All information is available in the cloud (reporting, registration, mail integration, etc.) and immediately gets the information from the control hub when the device lost the cloud connection (online-offline).
Less: Very rarely is the proximity communication is not working correctly. Coworkers' phones not connecting easily to the system.
