Overall Satisfaction with Cisco Webex Room Series

It is the best hardware solution for video meetings. It is being used within our team to interact and for video sessions over new topics. We would occasionally gather in our meeting room to learn more about our product instance and each of us give sessions on different topics. It's fun and interesting to watch some beautiful visuals on this colorful 4k display. It makes the session more interesting and compelling. Mics and cameras are builtin for video calls. Adjustable stand to lower or higher the display. Overall it's a great device.

Cisco delivers the best devices and apps for office use. Webex room 55 is also a great product from cisco. GoToRoom was our first option because it's cheaper. But when coming to user experience Webex room 55 was on the next level. It's so good and well designed. It delivered the best. GoToRoom never stood a chance.
Cisco support team is very responsive and well-versed. They reply to our query very quickly. Available at any time of the day to pick up calls. I had a very pleasant conversation with their support executive where he walked me through some features and tips to make the best use of the device. Very helpful.
Its touch controls are bad, other than that it delivers great user experience. UI is very optimised and easy to explore. No clutter and no bloatware. Delivers the clean user experience for better usability. Regular updates make it better and better. Hopefully the touch controls gets completely optimised which would make it a top notch product.

For someone looking for a wholesome device for video meetings and sessions, it is best suited. UI is good and very responsive. But touch controls are not so good. With regular updates it's getting better but still not completely optimized. Performance-wise it delivers the best, very snappy, and great user experience.
