Overall Satisfaction with Cisco Webex Room Series

We've set up our conference rooms to use these devices. They are registered to the [Cisco] Webex Cloud via [the] control hub. It solves the issue of connecting our people via video. I personally host training and team meetings via the room kits.

  • Ability to report an issue with the room, in-room to notify an admin from the device

[Out of] Polycom [RealPresence Group Series] Studio systems and [the] G7500, I prefer the [Cisco] Webex [Room Series] devices and management capabilities.
I've had some issues getting lower-tier resources from [Cisco] Webex support [as well as] difficultly getting to the right team at [Cisco] Webex support after opening a case. [In my experience,] misrouting of cases seems to be a big issue. I find myself solving the issues before the engineer has a clue.
[It] works great.

Great for team collaboration and connecting multiple rooms. I feel it struggles to be used for sharing content like videos on YouTube or Netflix. I would like to see Chromecast-style functionality.
