Simply usage if I compare with other vendors.

CLI and WebUI are pretty good
Dashboard reporting and ZTP feature are more valuable on this Cisco Product

I think CCNA is required to make appropriate support on the controller.
People need to have to some experience on LAN/WLAN environment and troubleshooting task.
