Citrix Workspace is a complete digital workspace that provides secure access to the information, apps and other content that is relevant to a person's role in our organization.
It provides services to make available and can access from anywhere and on any device.
In the situation of work from home this application is used by the whole organization and it addresses the work environment of different purposes.
  • It provides secure environment for the access of client's database.
  • If we have verified account or having the login id password (credentials) we have the access of Workspace as long as we want.
  • Connectivity is so simple that first time user also understand all the features.
  • If the internet connectivity is low it might get disconnected or having the slowness in the system.
  • Large file transfer takes a lot of time and make things little difficult.
  • I guess it only works from Microsoft Windows OS.
  • Connect anytime and get start your work anywhere.
  • Security is one of the best feature that I love the most.
  • Easy to monitor and very user friendly.
  • Provide access to apps on any devices and roll out remote cloud desktop in record time, from anywhere.
  • No matter from where you work - at office , at home, at field, it always works.
  • Connectivity issue happens some time due to internet speed and it also slow the system to work.
On the basis of user experience and productivity, CIitrix Workspace provides a single experience for employee to get work done quickly and efficiently and on the other hand applications like VMware users have to use multiple tool to access their file and apps.

On the basis of performance Citrix Workspace delivers the optimum application specific path across available networks and on other hand VMware users see their productivity negatively impacted while waiting for files to load.

So if I talk about well suited scenario then I must say it has a well secured environment for accessing companies or client database, secondly it has no time restriction if you have proper credentials.

Now talking about less appropriate so I can say that if sometime your internet connectivity is slow Workspace might get disconnected and you have to log in again.
