Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Global Strategic project management tool as well as our PPM system of choice for divisional and tactical initiatives. It allows our organization to be successful driving projects towards success at both the C-suite and departmental levels.

Great new social media and project management collaboration tools with V6.
Inexpensive and quick start up software tool.
Great support and free training provided by the company.

Reporting and analytics
Grouping projects by division or within a certain hierarchy.

Return on Investment

When Clarizen says you are pretty much ready out of the box, they mean it. You can be up and running in less then 90 days, which through other vendors has previously been VERY high costs.

Alternatives Considered

MS Project suite and many more. Clarizen had the best tools for what we needed, and the Magic Quadrant report from Garnter confirmed it for us.

Likelihood to Recommend

Well suited for the simplicity of business users, and comparable product to higher end expensive tools like MS Project suites. Although not much in the way of reporting and graphical/statistical presentations and scorecarding, it does have an standard API tool to interface with other tools of that trade.

Likelihood to Renew

We just renewed for the 2nd year! Love the application.
