Overall Satisfaction with Classy
Classy is used for fundraising in our development department to raise funds for the entire company. We use it for general giving (year-round) and for campaigns like year-end giving when we try to get online donations to match that of a board member (for example) who has donated a specific large sum.

Classy is easier to use because it's simple and streamlined. Everything is in one place and easy to access (and well-designed!). You can easily export all donor information from each campaign whenever you choose, and the system automatically sends thank you emails so you don't have to.
Using Classy
The development team uses it to track donations and funding requests, as well as track campaigns in before, during and after they are conceptualized. The design and production team uses Classy to design and produce campaigns.
