Overall Satisfaction with Clay

Waterfall enrichment of contact and account data. Typically solving outbound efforts at scale for SDRs and marketing. Clay allows us to build a variety of tables that replace a significant amount of manual work that was previously done by SDRs. We're using clay to automatically enrich event data through agentic workflows that summarize data collected via waterfall enrichment.

  • Overall positive impact replacing manual effort for contact data search, replaced multiple hours per day for our SDR team.
It's intuitive and the classes offered via various platforms are easy to ingest. The walk through within the app are not comprehensive however and often folks will need to see external information for setting up clay or accomplishing various workflows before they're confident in building something on their own.
