Overall Satisfaction with Clay

We had big discrepancies in data across regions. Trying to organize sellers across 20+ countries and deliver quality data was a huge problem. Clay made it easy to test and verify across the globe, and find data points we didn't know existed. Huge unlock for our outbound motion.

Pros

  • Easy to find people data
  • Simple to verify high quality contact information
  • Rapidly experiment and iterate through ideas during live work jams

Cons

  • Enterprise controls for admins need a level up
  • Sandbox and playground modes are good, but proper DevOps process support would be awesome
  • Monitoring modules would be a big help
  • improved data reliability across regions
  • reduced experimental time from weeks to days
steep learning curve, but everything makes sense once you figure it out

Finding and organizing company and person data based on unique business needs. Being able to start from a broad data pool, then get increasingly specific about who or what you want to target, and what data points would make it possible to do so. You could do that over the course of weeks with data teams and other enrichment providers, but Clay has condensed that time to value to days.
