We use Clay for our internal ops, inbound/outbound, as well as for clients. The business problems addressed: speed to lead, avoiding the need for manual research, making CRM data more usable and actionable, and enrichment to fill data gaps. We use waterfalls inside of Clay, and Claygent/AI to pull research, custom signals, and generate content inside of Clay.

- A way to better enforce synchronous running of a workflow without needing an external tool like Make.com
- Easier way to extract insights from a whole data set in aggregate
- We can show proof of concept for active deals much more quickly, contributing positively to ROI. What would have taken 5 or 6 hours to build, now takes 1. Those 5 hours are worth more than the monthly Clay subscription.
