Overall Satisfaction with Clay
We use Clay for prospecting and refining our targeting for more qualified outreach. We use it for finding better intent signals at scale. We also use it to assist our clients in doing the same, as we are a boutique marketing agency that works with B2B SaaS companies - both high-growth and enterprise.
Pros
- pulling multiple data sources together in one accessible table
- helping me creatively solve complex data problems that would otherwise be manual and unable to scale
- reading massive amounts of data and extrapolating meaningful data points out of it to be useful
Cons
- I wish the ux was a little more flexible - tables are great but they are limiting
- I wish there were even more templates
- I wish there were end to end workflows organized by use case or outcome
- reduced headcount (increased revenue per headcount)
- increased qualified lead count (reduced crap leads)
(I wrote iCustomer but it only recognized HiCustomer - iCustomer is an early stage competitor to Clay) I like Clay because it's easy to get started - the templates give you so many ideas and he community is incredibly strong. no one else has that going for them the way Clay does - the community helps each other use the product.
