Clay - The future is here
Overall Satisfaction with Clay
I am the Sr Mar Ops Manager for my company and I am the main super user/admin. We are currently using Clay to help enrich our current TAM (accounts) as well as prospect and enrich contacts. Clay is also helping us automate a lot of our workflows between enrichment and CRM. We are planning to use Clay to help us better identify prospects for outreach and help automate outreach workflow.
Pros
- Incredibly intuitive/easy to use
- Being able to save templates/custom waterfalls
- Making implementing AI much easier/quicker
- Makes workflows more streamlined and scalable
Cons
- Ability to save and test different prompts (believe that is an upcoming feature now with sculptor)
- Easier way to edit AI prompts after entering in a prompt and using AI to generate
- Improved data sources for contacts
- Reduced admin time on my end. Making enriching event leads (pre and post) from a week long to a day long process
- Making looking up multiple objects in SF more streamlined, again reducing time to process by hours
- Increased number of qualified contacts for outreach
- Salesloft, 6sense and ZoomInfo Sales
Clay is phenomenal middle mad, and is better than 6sense. However, data points are not as good as zoominfo. Looking forward to using the sequencer but having ability to have an activity dashboard in Salesloft makes it better suited for our needs
