I use Clay on behalf of clients to:
Cleaning and enriching my CRM
Building highly targeted prospect lists
Writing highly personalized cold emails and notes for reps

Pros

  • CRM cleanup
  • Gathering signals on intent data
  • Aggregating API spend to one subscription

Cons

  • Improved the metaprompter to be more efficient in where it adds snippets to not unnecessarily duplicate the same snippet
  • Massively helped my clients to reduce cost per lead
Clay is always moving to make it easier for user with metaprompters and agents to make it easier.
