Overall Satisfaction with Clay

currently use it to enrich our TAM with data that is otherwise very difficult to obtain, helps narrow down on ICP with significantly better data accuracy

  • Contact enrichment

Cons

  • Would like to see more on how the email cadences will work
  • currently very complex - needs significant investment on our own dime to figure out how to use it
  • helped better identify ICP
it is super complex - getting a little easier now but is still not the most intuitive and hard to know if we are using it efficiently/in the best way
