Overall Satisfaction with Clay

Building account buying intent signals and account/contact enrichment to prioritize and focus sales outbound efforts, especially for MM and ENT business

Pros

  • Breadth of data sources from the web to enrichment tools can be orchestrated into workflows
  • AI to automate extracting relevant insights

Cons

  • Credits usage can get expensive
  • Account and contact matching with CRM should be more visible/accessible from within Clay (the new Audiences feature seems to address this)
Very usable with no coding or SQL experience required
Clay is able to integrate many of these tools’ data in a waterfall and capabilities into its workflow.
