Overall Satisfaction with Cloud Elements

We leverage Cloud Elements to integrate popular software solutions with our platform. Our integrations live primarily in the Accounting and Email Marketing categories.
  • Customer Support -- They have a knowledgeable team and are very responsive.
  • Communication -- Most questions are addressed quickly
  • Documentation -- The API documentation is well organized and easy to follow.
  • Cost
  • Less time on API maintenance.
  • Quickly build new integrations.
  • Effortless field mapping customization for our customers.
Cloud Elements was an established partner before I started working for the organization. I did not review alternatives.
Cloud Elements offers a great set of functionality that allows smaller teams to build powerful integrations quickly. It also allows us to shift the focus of our resources to new functionality and continued enhancement, as opposed to API maintenance. It comes at a steep price, but the offset in billable dev hours is worth it.
