Overall Satisfaction with CMiC Construction Platform
CMiC is being used by the company as a whole. Field, Enterprise, and ETime are used company-wide. Field is used in the management of construction projects. I have experience with the submittals, RFIs, budget management, contracts, project set up, and forecasting modules. The problem that it solves is to get all projects on the same platform and create similarity and unity on how projects are run.

- RFIs - Doesn't process a good-looking report with the information displayed well.
- Occasionally, the Field module is glitchy and won't log on.
- Occasionally, will glitch in subcontract change orders/PCIs and lose all information.
- Improved forecasting accuracy
- Improved workflows between teams
- Increased project synchronicity through use of same platforms
Viewpoint is more flexible with deliverables, however CMiC is better with tracking finances.
