Use Cases and Deployment Scope

It is used to organize the entire company. All departments use it and it helps track all of our projects. As a coordinator, we use it for scheduling, financial tracking, project process and POs, COs, etc.

Pros and Cons

Purchase orders, change orders, estimates, etc.
Organizes projects well.
It is very useful to have everything in one place.

Uploading files can be easier, a click and drag option would be useful.

Return on Investment

I have not used these features.

Sage 100 Contractor

It is very similar and has the same features. I did not choose which program to use as it was something the company had for a while.

I believe it is useful in every way. I've worked for companies that do not use these types of platforms and the process of running a project is so much slower and more complicated. It helps prevent mistakes and makes things quicker.
