Overall Satisfaction with CMiC Construction Platform
We're using it across the whole organization both in the office and in the field. We went with CMiC since it addresses both our PM and our Accounting sides.
- Plan management/updating.
- Crossover of info from PM to Accounting side.
- In field app.
- Customization of reports.
- Mass deleting for items.
- More continuity between screens.
- The ability to forecast is becoming a handy tool.
- Sometimes solving problems within the system has taken longer than it should and affected us timewise.
We used to use Viewpoint but it was going to cost quite a bit to upgrade our servers, their customer service had greatly declined, and although they addressed both PM & Accounting sides, it wasn't a smooth transition.
