Overall Satisfaction with CMiC Construction Platform

My company uses CMiC for both accounting and project management. I am familiar with the project management side. It's been great for budget management and I love the fact that I can code invoices digitally. Saves a ton of time reviewing printed paperwork as we'd done in the past.
  • Great at keeping budgets in real time.
  • Daily reports are thorough.
  • Contract entry & change orders are easy.
  • Drawing management, loads plans slowly.
  • Photos are very hard to manage and see what they are.
  • Would like to be able to delete a posted change order (instead of voiding only).
  • CMiC has really sped up our billing process.
  • Invoice Workflow is a great option.
We previously were Excel-based for project management. CMiC has been a huge upgrade.
Support is being run through one of my employees, therefore I'm unsure if they're slow or if my employer is slow in their response time.

CMiC has been great in keeping our company with live budget updates. Drawing management has been a struggle. We've begun using BlueBeam instead for this.
