Using the CodeSignal platforms allows us to make data-driven technical decisions about candidates' experience levels today and gives us insight into how they learn while concentrating on a great candidate experience. The platform streamlines the front end of the pipeline with assessments that give us a baseline on experience levels, saving time for recruiting.
