Overall Satisfaction with Concur

Concur is used by the whole organization for travel reimbursement purposes. The Concur system has a lot of nice features. Users can create expense reports, attach supporting material, submit it for review, and go through the approval process. It streamlined the travel reimbursement process. Most people in the organization use it on a monthly basis.

  • Sometimes it is too rigid for the end user.

  • It reduced time used for travel reimbursement in a large organization.

Like any other system, when a product penetrates the entire organization, the momentum is very hard to break. Alternative products may offer similar features, but the cost to adopt another system for an organization with over 10,000 employees is way beyond the cost saving when switching to another similar solution. So long as it works and serves the purpose, there is no point in switching to another system.
