Overall Satisfaction with Concur Travel and Expense
We use this system for all our T&E receipts. It keeps receipts orderly and the system is very easy to use. It is being used across the whole organization in North America.
Pros
- Concur Travel and Expense keeps records of all reports so no hard copies are necessary.
- Concur Travel and Expense is user friendly.
Cons
- When I start a report, I would like to print out a hard copy of all charges so I can use that as my "working check list" when hunting down receipts. To my knowledge, there is not a feature where I can print the list out. I have to print screen shots of the charges and add them to a Word document to print.
- The reports are audited by finance in a much more rapid pace than without the program.
- Often I cannot read the receipts when opening in a new window, but I assume that is due to the person taking the picture of the receipts. There should be a feature that rejects the image if you cannot read the data on the receipt.
I have always used Concur. I used it in another job that I had and it was one of the first questions that came up when I interviewed for this position... are you familiar with Concur?
