Overall Satisfaction with Concur Travel and Expense
Concur is used across our organization for travel booking and expense management for all our employees - from maintenance techs and drivers who have few expenses a month to our senior leaders who travel every week.
- Mobile functionality - do the same things you do on a desktop, on your mobile application.
- Matching expenses quickly and easily by building a bank of expenses just waiting for you to be ready to process a report.
- Seeing variety of travel options, including airlines like Southwest, at a single glace.
- Administrative/rules engine to keep travelers from overspending without justifications or approvals.
- The hotel allocation is clumsy if the expense automatically feeds into the system.
- There have been times the rate booking outside the system is slightly cheaper (like $.50 on a flight) with no explanation of why.
- Concur has eliminated paper from our expense reporting process, saving countless trees and volumes of emails flying back and forth with attachments.
- Our users (employees) love Concur, which makes it easy to get them to use it.
- Policies and expense maxes built into the system have saved us probably thousands of dollars annually in unnecessary spending.
I can't remember the other products we looked at 4 years ago, but it was a clear decision to go with Concur and we are very glad we did.
