Overall Satisfaction with Concur Travel and Expense

Concur is used across my entire organization for submitting travel authorization requests as well as reimbursement requests. It allows employees to have a centralized and organized place for submitting such requests to HR.

Pros

  • Very user friendly
  • Lots of options for input
  • Support is outstanding if you need them

Cons

  • I truly have not had any issues with it yet
  • Efficiency in reimbursements
  • Ease of booking and approving travel
  • Little to no staff training needed
Concur is a wonderful product for businesses to use. It required little to no training for a brand new user. It is intuitive and reliable; no errors or getting booted out. It makes submitting expenses very simple and fast. I recommend Concur for efficiency in business reimbursements and travel authorizations.
