Overall Satisfaction with Concur Travel and Expense
As we are using also SAP, using Concur made it easier and faster for our Accounting and HR groups to get and provide information relative to travel and expense. All folks throughout the company uses Concur which makes for better communications.
- Travel and expenses are now approved faster as it is linked with SAP.
- With the reports feature you can see and track expenses and receipts.
- Gathering and outputting expense reports is a breeze.
- Employees get their reimbursements on the next pay treatment more often and faster.
The app center is a great tool, provides user to get Concur on their mobile and access airlines, hotels and other enterprises to connect directly with them and get faster tracking.
In some cases users were able to change flights on the fly and in some cases get approval of higher costs almost in real time which permitted users to get at their destination on time.
