Overall Satisfaction with Conductor Searchlight
We use it across content and marketing, with some product managers also using it. We use Conductor to optimize existing pages in our editorial area and online shop, plus our main landing and subscription pages. We also use it to identify future opportunities for content creation and best practices with shop pages in particular. We are looking to boost our organic traffic with the tool, and thereby drive increased revenue.
- They are really responsive to questions and concerns. They act like a strategic partner and are very helpful and patient.
- The tool highlights quick wins / fixes to make very well.
- The dashboards are set up well and easy to digest.
- I think the user experience is a bit jumbled - sometimes hard to remember how to navigate places.
- It is still early in our relationship with Conductor but we have seen better organic performance on optimized pages.
We chose Conductor over Brightedge because we felt they had the edge in terms of human relationships and acting like a trusted strategic partner. Ultimately we felt Conductor would provide a long-term relationship with us as we grow and scale and invest in SEO. The product itself was comparable to a couple of competitors, and offered a robust suite of services, even if the interface can be hard to navigate.
