Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Our SEO team uses Conductor to identify opportunities for publishing new content and to optimize our currently active content. We also use it for dash boarding and reporting purposes. At my level, it is primarily used as an analytics and report building tool to identify keyword opportunities for our in-house director of SEO.

Cons

Sometimes modules don't line up correctly when building dashboards
Not having all features in the platform available at the enterprise level
Mobile app analytics would be a nice add on

Return on Investment

Positive: Allows for quick and easy reporting
Positive: Access to a skilled account manager for training purposes has been useful in onboarding
Positive: Optimizing content created for Ecomm has helped increase revenue from organic sources

Likelihood to Recommend

Conductor is well suited for building reports that would otherwise take a lot of time if built manually in Excel. As an aggregation tool for organic traffic data, it really shines. Having all of the information needed to perform my job effectively in a single platform has been indispensable, and the ability to build dashboards on the fly is especially nice.

Super late here, but thank you for writing this, Saad. I am fighting the urge to make a bad pun about Conductor and Fender and making music...ahhh. It's great that you are making use of the reporting features and finding good opportunities to improve your content. Your team is still relatively new, I know, but you've really hit the ground running. I'll make sure Product knows about the challenge of not seeing some widgets line up the way you'd like in Workspaces. I also think including Mobile App data could be interesting and we've been big on bringing new partners into the platform so there could be something here for sure.
