Overall Satisfaction with Conductor Searchlight

It's being used on a global enterprise scale right now to help markets better understand where they stand when it comes to their online position through organic search and its impact on our business. Their partnerships with others have really advanced their platform beyond others in the similar tech space.

Pros

  • Work with teams to find a solution that will work with your goals
  • Help train personnel to use the tool and then play a supportive role afterward.
  • Expand their partnerships to offer their clients a better understanding of the organic search traffic

Cons

  • Greater access to other search engines beyond Google.
  • Improve workspaces so that companies can connect data from outside sources to create a more customized report.
  • They took the time to train markets to learn the tool and then offer support on basic SEO training
  • Conductor was able to show us metrics that were once impossible to get with just one platform.
  • Partnership integrations have been beyond amazing. Being able to log into one platform and see our DeepCrawl metrics has been great to have!
It's been pretty top notch and always able to guide us through any issues we are having. For markets in different time zones, they have been willing to make those calls during late hours or even early in the morning. Having that flexibility for a global company has been great to have!
The platform itself is pretty close to being an all-in-one option for organic search. There are limitations with Naver, but I hope they find a way to get past those walls. With their partnership with Dragon Metrics, they are able to offer more with Baidu metrics, which is more than others can claim, but you will need to set that up correctly and then work with them.

Using Conductor Searchlight

Usability has been the best we have experienced. We have used other platforms but the navigation on Conductor has been simple for normal users and advanced users. Reporting has been made easier and sharing data with others outside of the platform is easier to do because they don't need to be logged in to access that information.
