Our customer reps are great and get back to us within hrs or at least in 24 hrs. I have noticed improved chat support.
It's great when launching a new site or product and looking for ways to drive traffic. Also good as part of brand awareness campaigns.

Using Conductor Searchlight

I think it's a good UI overall but with some enhancements could be better.
