Overall Satisfaction with Conductor Searchlight

Conductor is mainly used by myself as I oversee our organic search program for all of our brands. Our content team also uses Conductor, but what I really like about the tool is its ease of use and that it is easy to understand the data. It's a large tool, so it definitely takes a little while to get used to. I like that my team at Conductor is always available to answer questions.

I give the Conductor team a score of 10 for customer service. The team is always there to answer all of my questions and they are genuinely happy to help. I meet with my support team bi-weekly and this works great for my schedule. Conductor has a chat feature which is great if you have a quick question about something. I truly feel like they are an extension of my team and they are so vital to the overall success of the organic performance for all brands.
At my previous job, I used brightedge and since coming to Direct Energy I have been using Conductor. Conductor is without a doubt much better than bright edge and easier to use!
I would highly recommend this tool to anyone trying to track their organic search program and identify challenges as well as opportunities for improvement, as well as areas of success. If you're just looking to track keywords, then this isn't for you. You can do so much more than that in Conductor and that's one of the great things about it!

Using Conductor Searchlight

I would say it's relatively easy, just like any new platform it will take some training and using on your own to fully understand it. The teams at Conductor are very knowledgeable and helpful with training and answering any questions you have about the platform.
