Overall Satisfaction with Conexiom

We had a set of customers that were not big enought to do EDI/API integrations but also not small enought to do manual entry of orders, with Conexiom we were able to automate the order entry for those customers without the customer's involvement, speeding our order entry process and reducing mistakes.

The portal was good enough but lacked some functionality, not a big problem since you were able to open support tickets but a more robust portal would be great. Anyone with some tech background can navigate the portal.

This is a great tool if you have a lot of mid-size customers that place a good amount of orders per day or place orders with a lot of lines. Not great for very small customers with low quantity of orders or lines or really big customers that have different integrations.
