Overall Satisfaction with ConfigCat

I need real time choices and feature gates i can utlize to safely roll out features for users. I'm not a huge company, so i need a configuration that is adaptable, asynchronous and manageable for any type of data i need. Uptime and availability, and ease of integration are a must.

Pros

  • highly customizable, but incredibly easy to use.
  • one of the best interfaces in the field.
  • cute logo and name.

Cons

  • Make it easier to pull all configs in a snapshot with a timeout so apps can use this as a precursor to allowing the user access.
  • Able to ship quickly, without worrying about finishing all features (gating)
  • Able to use user IDs to get users access to features that i don't want everyone to see.
Just everything from the website to locating what i need (docs) specific to my platforms is super easy. Not to mention the support articles answering previous questions.

Can easily integrate into existing configuration datasources. Seems to have an extensive API with plenty of solutions baked in. I've used other solutions, that are available globally, but in reality don't work as well in oddball countries. I've had great success depending on ConfigCat to work for ALL my users.
