Overall Satisfaction with Conga CLM

In our organization, we use Conga CLM for Manually drafting policy documents and mailing USPS. We use Conga CLM to generate policies via API calls and Bots, depending on system. These policies are sent electronically via Conga and Adobe, Adobe providing eSignature logice.

Pros

  • Accurate state-specific templates
  • Ease of manual entry via UI
  • Speed of batch job generation

Cons

  • Need end-to-end when Electronic Distribution legislation requires paper mailing of policy documents.
  • 0% automation to better than 90% on all product lines
Would like to be able to deploy additional options.
