Overall Satisfaction with Conga CLM

We primarily use Conga CLM to manage and maintain all the enterprise level contracts and legal obligations. One of the main problems that is being addressed by Conga Contract Lifecycle Management software is the consistency with which we are able to manage higher volumes of contracts in a seamless manner. Additionally, the AI capabilities are also of the highest quality which I like very much.

  • Contract creation templates are very good and useful
  • Conga CLM provides increased compliance with a reduced cycle time

Cons

  • The obligation management capabilities can be made more efficient
  • The customer service team can be more knowledgeable
  • More help documents and onboarding materials could be provided
  • The integration with different Microsoft tools saves a lot of money for us
  • We are able to make our entire contract management process more efficient which has improved our dependencies on external agencies
  • We are seeing an increase of 27% in our overall revenue with the introduction of Conga CLM
I would definitely say Conga CLM is very easily scalable. Being a cloud first solution the overall maintenance of the solution is also low which allows us to easily scale the solution across different locations. Also, we primarily use it across different teams and we have never faced any lag during cross team collaborations.
Yes, definitely. Conga CLM has simplified our contract lifecycle management process. The presence of Artificial Intelligence has also helped in reducing the number of errors produced and the final output is also much more reliable. Also, processes which took around a week to be done, now takes only hours thanks to Conga CLM.

One of the best things about Conga CLM is the data dashboard and the analysis metrics that it provides. It is very easy to review and process the contracts and also there is an increased sense of visibility across different teams. The collaboration capabilities are very good with Conga CLM which I like very much.
